Week 4 Update!!!!!

Today was a little upsetting, I feel like I backtracked a bit. My weight went back up a pound so not detrimental but I'm more sad because I really wanted to push and see if I could lose a whole ten pounds this month. now I've only lost 6.5 pounds this past month. However on the bright side I did lose 3/4 of an inch around my waist and a whole inch and a half around my hips. That's why I'm glad I do measurements because even though I didn't lose poundage I am still getting smaller. Here's my current measurements.

Waist - 29 in
Hips - 41 in
Thighs - 29 3/4 in
Arms relaxed - 14 in
Arms flexed - 14 1/2 in

This week was definitely a lesson. I got distracted and let myself stray from healthy eating and working out and it showed in my end results. It also reminded me that I am going to struggle along the way but as long as I keep myself optimistic and don't get discouraged when set backs happen I can still do this. Wish me luck everyone.

Day 29
Today was Day 27 of my juneonfire blogilates calendar which meant lower body and back. Today consisted of some MAJOR butt work. I was burning and in pain but I pushed through hard because I knew this was the one area that I needed to work the hardest on. I felt an unbelievable adrenaline rush from the fact that I could actually keep up today. I really feel like since this is the last week of the calendar I feel empowered somehow. It makes me happy to think I've been doing this so long. Good stuff today, good stuff.

Day 30
Today was really rough. I didn't end up working out tonight because right after work I went out to eat with a coworker/friend to eat. By the time I got back it was too late to have a productive workout so I chose to just double up tomorrow.


Day 31
Today was a beast of a workout, In total I went about 3.5 hours, most of it was toning however. Since I missed yesterday I did Day 28 and Day 29 of my juneonfire blogilates calendar. This meant both cardio and arms and abs plus for kicks I decided to do the other arms and abs days from the first of the month just so I could say I did every single video on the calendar. Totally owned by the way. One particular video, bikini blaster 3: abs,abs,abs, kicked my but though. Overall I was pretty proud. The time for my mile this week wasn't as great, 10 minutes flat, but I know it was because I had to run outside and I HATE running outside. Just didn't push myself as hard since it was not my normal way of running. Everything else went really well though considering how long I was working out.

Days 26, 27, and 28

Alrighty everyone first day of the new format!!!! Basically how this is going to work is that I'm only going to include my caloric intake for each meal per day in list form unless I tried something new that I need to share. Besides that, just assume that the meal was one of the ones from my current meal plan or a previously mentioned meal. I'm going to try and get in the habit of taking pictures of the meals too so I don't have to describe them all the time so you'll have those next blog (beware I may reuse the same picture for a meal if it's the same, no reason to reinvent a wheel that's already functional!!!). I will also be referring to snacks now as meals since of course they count towards me eating. Then at the end I'll do the same with a brief summary of my workout. Ok, here we go.

Day 26
Today was day 24 on my juneonfire blogilates calendar and that meant cardio cardio cardio. . Since I already know I probably won't workout Wednesday I assimilated those videos into the 5 days I am working out. So, with that, today I did a total of 8 videos (about 85 minutes). Now for the good stuff. I definitely have to comment about the new video, heart on fire, that came out today because it was death. I did it but not gonna lie, it sucked. It hurt so bad but soooo good and I had sweat EVERYWHERE (see pics below). I was sooo on fire but it felt good because I actually was able to complete pretty much all the reps today. I don't know if I'll be able to do it that hard again tomorrow but only time can tell right? As far as numbers, with my app I'm estimating this workout burned around 900 calories for everything I did during the workout.

Day 12 doneski!!!!

Day 27
Today was day 25 on my juneonfire blogilates calendar which meant abs. However, I started out with 2 more of the videos that were scheduled to be done on Wednesday. One of them as the ever so dreadful burpees. Can't say I totally owned it but I actually went all out today so I'm still proud of that. It took me about 25 minutes to do the 100 burpee challenge because first I see what burpee I'm supposed to do then pause it and do it. This way I make sure I get them all in without having to worry about trying to keep up with her pace. I'd rather go my pace and do it right than rush through and hurt myself. Smart huh? Anyways back to abs. I definitely struggled today plus they kept stopping to buffer so it took longer to do (when it stops I restart whatever rep I'm on so I get the full effect, gets painful when I have to start over 3 times or more :-/). I was really sleepy and exhausted from the cardio so I can say this wasn't one of my better days ab wise. I think it's because I put all my effort in to the cardio at the beginning of the workout. Whatever the reason I still survived and am so glad I did it!!!

No workout today since I work late and have a test tomorrow but up to date I've done over half the videos I was supposed to do today on my juneonfire calendar. I just have 2 more tomorrow and today's workout would have been made up. Wish me luck!!

Post Week 3 Weigh In!!!!

Not going to lie going in to today I was scared to wake up and weigh in. For some reason I thought I was going to be disappointed with my progress because I didn't feel like I lost any weight. I think it's because I was psyching myself out by randomly stepping on the scale to many times (I stopped doing that on Wednesday because I knew it was destructive behavior). But anyways, I woke up and weighed in and guess what!!! I lost 1.9 pounds!!!! Like are you seriously, almost another 2 pounds. This is insanity!!! I'm soooo ecstatic with my progress so far. All together in the last 3 weeks I have lost 7.5 pounds. Honestly I did not anticipate such results so quickly. I'm stunned and I feel like I'm doing it the healthy by not starving. For once I'm being healthy and losing weight and I don't feel hungry or like I'm going to go stir crazy. I finally feel like I've found something that works for me.

As promised I did get a tape measure yesterday so here are my current measurements:
Bust-37 inches
Waist-29.5 inches
Hips- 42.5 inches
Thigh- 26.25 inches
Arm flexed-14.5 inches
Arm relaxed-14 inches

So next week my goal is still going to only be to lose a pound. I'm not going to intentionally push for anything more than that so what happens happens. Also starting this week I will only be doing 3 posts a week (Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday/Saturday). With my schedule picking up this is more attainable plus it will be more convenient for you guys to read more than one day at a time. I will also be presenting my meals in list format as you've been seeing the past few days. On Sundays I will also be including that days meals along with the post week update.

Alrighty, that's it for announcements. For today,day 25, my meals were:

Meal 1 (1156 calories)
Mini pancakes (equivalent to 3 large pancakes) with homemade syrup and strawberries


Meal 2 (271 calories)
Tortilla chips, half an avacado, and 3 mini oatmeal craisin cookies (got the cookie recipe from blogilates in the recipe tab here)


Not bad today, even though I  didn't eat too many times I still ate all my suggested calories for the day since I had such a large beakfast. Overall a really exciting and productive day. I even did laundry, prepped my chicken for the next few weeks, and cut up my carrots. Today was definitely a Sunday Funday

Day 24

Today was a bit more laid back. I definitely didn't eat as much but I did eat 3 meals.

Meal 1 (348 calories)
Greek yogurt, a banana, and 1/4 cup of walnuts

Felt super healthy and it was of course yummy

Homemade wheat thins and half a cup of guacamole

My caloric intake was 1479 calories and after my workout I had  514 calories left out of my 1697 calorie budget.

Today on my blogilates juneonfire calendar it was arms and abs. I was literally shaking soooo bad. I stuck with it though and for some of the moves I did every single rep!!!! I didn't get as sweaty as yesterday's cardio but I definitely am just as sore. Another week of workouts successfully completed :).

Day 23

Today went really well I do say myself, I even got coconut water to try for the first time. See!!!

Pretty legit :)

Anyways, my meals were as follows:

Meal 1 (416 calories)
3 egg whites, 2 wheat tortillas, pico de gallo, and a half a grapefruit

Meal 2 (170 calories)
Homemade wheat thins with a little over half a banana

Meal 3 (339 calories)
Peanut butter and banana sandwich (2 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 tbs of crunchy peanut butter, 1/3 of a banana)

Meal 4 (326 calories)
Homemade wheat thins and a half cup of homemade Greek yogurt guacamole

Meal 5 (251 calories)
Turkey burger salad (iceberg lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and  mushrooms) with balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and coconut water.
It was soo fresh and delicious :)


All together that added up to a caloric intake of 1502 calories, only 195 calories under my budget. I was happy that I got all my meals and calories in today and it really wasn't that hard because I packed them all and pretty much ate all but the latter at work. The coconut water definitely was interesting in taste. I was expecting it to have a stronger coconut taste so that through me off but it wasn't a bad taste, just different......lol. I have another can waiting for next week when I do another strenuous workout so we'll see then if I've adjusted to the taste.


For my workout it was cardio and I made maaaajjjjjoooorrrr strides today. The first thing on my blogilates juneonfire calendar was to run a mile and guess what? Totally ran it in 8 MINUTES AND 45 SECONDS!!!!! Seriously you don't know how big of a deal that is!!! The fastest I've ever run was in like 4th grade I think, or maybe it was jr. high, I don't know, but all I remember is I did it in 9 mins 45 seconds. So legitimately that's the fastest I've ever run a mile in my life. Complete success, it's days like these that I know for a fact my healthy lifestyle change is transforming me from the inside out. Anyways, sorry about rambling, I was just really excited.


Next on the calendar was more cardio and then we ended with a butt workout appropriately labeled the what makes you bootyful butt challenge. Let me tell you I full on died with all this cardio madness because after I finished today's workout I had to finish the last of my videos from Wednesday. Those consisted of the 100 burpee burnout, food baby HIIT workout, and the till the world ends challenge. I actually did the latter 2 first and then ended my workout with the burpees so I could completely burn out and give it my all. I did do all 100 burpees and completed my goal of focusing more on my form. My roommate who's seen me workout since I started even commented on how far I'd come with my burpee form!!! I even jumped up at the end of each burpee when I usually just jump my feet to my hands and stand up. I felt imaculate after doing it and I had sweat dripping everywhere after my workout. I just laid on the floor for at least 10 minutes after words.

All and all it was a fantastic Friday, I ate right and owned my workout. Looking forward to finishing out the week strong tomorrow. I should be getting a tape measure tomorrow too so there will be measurements along with my post week 3 update on Sunday. My goal for tomorrow is simply stay on track and make it through more reps during my arm and ab workout. Wish me luck!!!

Day 22

Today was another rough day. I did do well with the eating multuple times but the calories just weren't there. Also the workout just plain kicked my butt.

I started out the day with my 3 egg whites with pico de gallo on 2 whole wheat tortillas and half a grapefruit (352 calories). Then for my snack I had a little over half a banana with homemade wheat thins. For Meal 2 I had a peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread (339 calories). For my snack I had plain popcorn popped straight from the kernel (120 calories).  For my final meal I had a turkey burger patty on lettuce with tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms. After my workout I also finally finished my guacamole and then snacked on 1/4 cup of walnuts and 5 homemade wheat thins dipped in guacamole (260 calories).

My total caloric intake was 1534 calories, not bad eh, only 162 under my 1696 calorie budget (by the way I switched my activity level down today since now I can only do 5 days a week of workout). After working out however I ended up 701 calories in the red. So again, I ate the right amount of times but I probably shouldv'e fit another meal in there, but I was just too tired to make anything.

Workout today on my blogilates juneonfire calendar was low body and back plus I had the cardio that I had to add in from yesterday. I didn't do too bad on the cardio aspect, I actually feel myself getting in wayyy better shape then I used to be. But man those leg workouts were killer and I was so exhausted I was getting sleepy in the middle of my workout. I think this is because I shouldv'e eaten something else before I work out so I 'm going to try to get in the habit of doing that now since I burn so many calories. Anyways, unbeknownst to me there were also some ab and arm workouts hidden in there so now I'm sore from that too. All in all I felt like it was a good workout even though I was glad when I was done.

Tomorrow my goal is to increase the calories a bit to make up for my high calorie burning workouts. Also to finish the last of my videos from Wednesday including all 100 burpees from the 100 burpee challenge video. Wish me luck!!!

Day 21

Phew, sorry for the delay the last couple of days. Summer school has made my days too busy to blog everyday but I'm all caught up today. Just a heads up, starting Sunday I will only be blogging 3 days a week meaning each blog will have 2 days on it and Sundays will include the previous weeks post update.  Ok now back to present day.

Today I actually hit all my meals so that was fantastic!!!  For Meal 1 I had my 3 egg whites on 2 whole wheat tortillas with pico de gallo and a grapefruit on the side. Then for my snack I had homemade wheat thins with a little over half a banana (160 calories). Meal 2 I had a peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread (349 calories). Meal 3 I had a turkey burger patty on lettuce with tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Then for Meal 4 I had half a serving of homemade wheat thins and plain popcorn from the kernel for 110 calories (popped them myself in a brown paper bag !!!). Meal 5 I had whole wheat thin spaghetti with 1/4 a cup of marinara sauce and some Parmesan cheese (425 calories). All together I ate 1814 calories leaving me with a deficit of only 164 calories!!! I did so good it's ridiculous.

For workout I actually had to miss today :(. I had a test to study for and I got back to late to workout, study, and have a good night's sleep so I could test well. To make up for it I'm just going to do half of the videos I was supposed to do today on Thursday and the other half on Friday with my other cardio. Last week trying to do 2 sets of workout videos in a row wasn't good for me so I'm going to split them up so that I can give each workout my maximum participation.

However, today I did cook lots of foods for this week and that got me working up a sweat, so hopefully that burned a few calories!!! I made more pico de gallo, wheat thins, and started on my guacamole but the avacodos weren't ripe yet so I'll wait a day or two more. I'll put pictures up later of the foods I made. Also since I didn't work out no sticky from my 21 day challenge comes off :(. But this is what it's for, to visually make me accountable for not completing all parts of my healthy lifestyle for that day.

Anywho, my goal for tomorrow is to hit all my meals again and complete the videos I said I would. Wish me luck!!!!

Day 20

Today was a better day....for the most part. Breakfast was the same as always so I'll spare you the meal breakdown and say it was 371 calories. Then I snacked on half a banana and some wheat thins (yes, I ate them again today, I probably will be for a while) at 150 calories. Then for Meal 2 I had a peanut butter and banana sandwich (using the other half of the banana of course) which was 359 calories. Still good yes? Then I didn't eat for like 7 hours....that was the bad part. I was out studying and didn't take any snacks or anything. One of my study buddies brought fudge (guesstimating about 448 for the 4 small pieces I ate) but that was it. When I finally did get home I had some homemade popcorn with a tbs of brown sugar (130 calories). Then I started prepping food for the week (pictures will be up for the new recipes I tried when I finish them) and didn't eat dinner for another 2.5 hours after that. For my meal 3 I had a seasoned turkey burger patty with seasoned mixed vegetables (153 calories). Even though I didn't eat that often the fudge pushed my calorie intake to 1851 calories. After I worked out my total intake ended up being 353 calories under my 1987 calorie budget.

Workout today on my blogilates juneonfire calendar was abs. I swear, I keep thinking everyday it'll do better but Cassie keeps proving me wrong. I was literally shaking from the core and then my legs were in pain too from my workout. Not gonna lie, I was getting concerned the last few days when I wasn't sore but today proved that indeed, I'm still working new muscles. Even though being sore sucks I don't feel like I worked my hardest unless I am, even if for just a little while. Today was really tough though because I was sooooo sleepy. A few times I considered only doing one video and just clumping them up tomorrow but I kept telling myself to do one more video and then next thing I knew I was half way done so I figured I might as well finish. Again I was sooo glad I did. Since today was just a toning day, the calorie burn wasn't as high as my cardio days but man did I still sweat.

My goal for tomorrow is to control my wheat thin eating and actually eat some real meals!!!!! I also want to complete all 100 burpees but put concentrate on the form more since last week I just tried to survive them all. Getting stronger every day everyone and I'm so proud of myself for staying with it this long. Tomorrow is day 21 from my original quest to get healthy. I truly believe the habit is formed because now I don't even contemplate working out., it's officially embedded in my normal daily schedule. I feel weird not doing it even if I'm tired, busy, sore, don't want to, whatever. I always slap on those tennis, shorts, and sports bra and get going. Well once again wish me luck!!!!

Day 19

Today was a baaaaadddd food day. I barely ate anything in variety and the calories weren't there either :/. For breakfast I started out ok with my 3 egg whites with pico de gallo on 2 wheat tortillas and a half a grapefruit (348 calories). Good right, on track so far. Then for a snack I had 2 large carrots (60 calories) and a couple of hours later I had meal 2, a peanut butter and banana smoothie (378 calories). Still good right? This is when it gets rocky. I made these really amaazzziiiiinnnngggg wheat thins that I found a recipe for on blogilates.com. Get this, only 101 calories for 20 crackers (29g)!!!! Insanity, right?

So I made the whole recipe's worth, about 13 dozen crackers and  pretty much ate them all....all day....and that was it. They were soooo gooooddd. I ate about 6 servings worth (gram wise) and left the other serving for tomorrow.  It totaled about 606 calories but I was constantly munching. I want to feel guilty but it's hard because they were so low in calories -_-. Anyhow, after my workout I forced myself to eat something else, even though I didn't want to. I ended up making a huge ol bowl of seasoned mixed vegetables (153 calories), so yummy, so worth it even though it was kinda late to be eating. My final caloric intake for the day was 1545 calories leaving me with about 442 calories. After I worked out though I was about 1135 caloriesin the negative.

Now for the workout. Today was cardio day on my blogilates calendar so naturally it kicked my butt. The first video I did was the new one for the week, butt on fire. Honestly should've been renamed butt in inferno. My butt burned in places where I didn't even know muscles existed. Totally felt like dying and in no way made it through every rep but boy was I was being challenged. Even though I didn't make it through all the reps I did as many as I could bear at my current fitness level. The rest of the cardio was deadly from there to be honest since my but was burning, and pretty much all the cardio kept working it. It was totally worth it when I finished though. I felt accomplished. Getting back in shape has been really hard and discouraging at times but I keep reminding myself that I'll get there eventually.

Tomorrow my goal is to do better on the calories since I didn't really hit all my food groups today. You know what, I love how all my goals are to eat more during the day. Weird right? Usually people have issues eating too much. Ah well, I'm just strange I suppose. My roommates actually laugh at me on nights where I'm trying to figure out how I can get the rest of my healthy calories in because usually I'm like 500 or 600 behind. Not fixable by a few tbs of peanut butter or a chicken breast and vegetables. Ok everyone, wish me luck!!!

Day 18

So today was my lovely off day and it's FATHER'S DAY!!!  Started the day off right with homemade mini pancakes (equaled about 3 normal sized pancakes) with homemade syrup totaling 942 calories for meal 1. Then I snacked on a carrot (30 calories) and for meal 2 had a peanut butter banana smoothie (350 calories). Meal 3 I had mixed vegetables and a turkey burger patty (353 calories). Then to finish off I snacked on my 1/4 a bag of butter lover's popcorn (62 calories). My total caloric intake for the day was 1738 calories. Today I reset my activity level in my calorie app as very active (since my body has adjusted to the new workout schedule) so my new caloric intake is 1987 calories.

This week my goal is to do better about packing/eating enough meals everyday no matter how busy my schedule is. I also want to be good about not letting the scale be a distraction since I got one (see week 2 update). I also have some new recipes that I found on blogilates.com I will be trying to make this week since I went to the store and hauled some serious healthy foods. GET EXCITED EVERYONE!!!!!

Day 17

Today was a pretty chill relaxed day. Not too much on the food or workout front so this should be a quick one. Today was my, as Cassie from blogilates says, YOLO meal day. Right before my first meal I had about 3tbs of Greek yogurt (42 calories) so I wasn't ravishingly hungry when I ate. Then for my actual breakfast I had homemade mini pancakes (equivalent to 3 normal sized ones) and homemade syrup totaling 910 calories. Yikes right, but don't worry it works out. For meal two I had  a smoothie with Greek yogurt, a banana, and 1 tbs of natural crunchy peanut butter (273 calories). Lastly for meal 3 I had a turkey burger patty with mixed vegetables (353 calories, check out pictures below!!). So, all in all that brought my daily caloric intake to 1578 calories. I decided to forgo meal 4 because it was only a toning workout day and I didn't feel the need for it. Should I have? Probably, but I slept most of the day so I think I made the right decision.

For my workout it was day 15 of blogilates which meant arms and abs. When I say my triceps were on fire I mean ON FIRE!!! That girl was relentless and we got no break except for during the ab parts but my arms were so sore having to use them at all during the ab part burned more than the ab workout. The most deadly part of the workout was the toned triceps payphone challenge. Not gonna lie, I got no where near completing the whole things. My triceps hurt, my legs hurt, and most importantly my wrists hurt. The calendar said we had to do it twice and honestly I barely got through the first. For the second round I played "I love it" by Iconic over the sound of the video to make it more bearable and then I limited myself to doing just the dips instead of the variations. I figured it was more beneficial to do the reps I could handle as opposed to the reps that were causing me physical pain. I was soooo pooped when I was done but hey, train insane or remain the same right?

Tomorrow is my off day so my goal will be to simply enjoy my day off and replenish my body both food and water wise. Until then stay healthy everyone.

Week 2 Weigh In!!!

So so so sorry this took so long everyone. It's been crazyyyy!!!!! I can't believe it's officially been two weeks. I bought a scale today so I could weigh myself at home and not have to go all the way to the gym on campus. Anyways you want to know the good stuff right? I lost a total of 2.3 pounds since my last weigh in!!!!

I lost in fat the same weight of this mega burger!!!

Seriously, what is this maddness, I've lost 5.6 pounds in two weeks, all naturally, no gimmicks. So if you all remember from last week I said if I lost 3 more pounds I would be out of my danger zone. This weeks loss puts me only 1 pound away from that. Not that I want to stop there but it is rewarding. I swear, if people would just commit to finding a program that works for them to be healthy all the rest would line up perfectly. I never would have thought I could have lost this much in such a short amount of time. I do anticipate though after this I'll probably lose about a pound a week since I've lost all my supposed water weight. Still if I can do a pound a week that means over the next few weeks I can lose around 10 pounds of pure fat by the time school picks up again. That  meaning I would have lost 15 pounds total. That's half of my total weight loss goal. I'm patient, I would rather lose it the right way and keep it off feeling proud and great because I'm healthy instead of just thin. Healthy living is me now everyone, think I'm silly and going overboard if you want but what's wrong with eating natural things and treating my body with respect? Nothing. I was given this vessel to use while I'm on earth and I plan to have it running for a long time.


Ok, rambling again. That's it for now, I'm still working on getting a tape measure so I can have a more accurate record of my weight loss but until then I'll just make do. Still going strong into week 3 so lets git er done!!!!

Day 16

Today was a pretty good day. Started the day off with 3 egg whites on 2 whole wheat tortillas with pico de gallo and a half a grapefruit (495 calories). Then I snacked on 3 large carrots and a banana (totaled 188 calories) before meal two which consisted of a peanut butter (natural crunchy) and apple jelly sandwich on two slices of whole wheat bread (225 calories). A few hours later for meal 3 I had a YOLO meal, beef ravioli (240 calories). Although it didn't have a lot of calories it has a lot of carbs and sodium which for me isn't good to have all the time. Then after my workout I had meal 4 which was 2 servings of whole wheat thin spaghetti with Sofrito (a type of tomato paste), Parmesan cheese, and a few dashes of kosher salt (495 calories, see picture below!!!). At the end of the day my consumption was 1499 calories but after my workout my total caloric intake ended up being 758 calories total under my 1713 calorie budget.

For my workout it was day 14 on the june on fire blogilates calendar. Today was cardio day and I ended up burning around 545 calories!!! My crowing achievement today however was that I ran a mile in 10 minutes and 10 seconds (last week I was at 13 minutes flat). That meant that I shaved off a total of 2 minutes and 50 seconds from my time. Pretty impressive progress in only a week I think. The rest of the workout however was not too fun, burpees somehow found there way in there and obviously after yesterdays burpee burnout I was not up for those at all. But I persevered and lasted much longer during reps and wasn't so quick to stop and take a break. 

All and all today was pretty fab as far as healthy living goes. Tomorrow my goal is to finish the workout week strong and do better with calories. Wish me luck!!

Day 15

Today was definitely insane!!!! Both calorie wise and workout wise it was just plain crazy. For meal 1 I had my normal 3 egg whites on 2 wheat tortillas with pico de gallo and a half a grapefruit (371 calories). Then a bit later I snacked on 2.5 large carrots (75 calories) and then for meal 2 I ate a banana and a peanut butter and apple jelly sandwich on 2 slices of whole wheat bread (323 calories). Pretty normal up until now right? Well this is when the first insanity struck. I had the worst sweet tooth when I got home and I pretty much through a hodgepodge of sugary things together to satisfy it. Here's what I had 2 servings of marshmallows, a 1 serving of walnuts, frosting (2 servings of powdered sugar and a tbs of butter), and a tbs of caramel syrup. I bet you're wondering how many calories this explosion of sugar had: a whopping 920 CALORIES!!!! A picture is included below. But yea, it was pretty insane, I promise I evened out in the end though. After that tragedy of a meal I only had one more meal (meal 4), which consisted only of a skinless baked chicken quarter with sweet potato fries (262 calories). Then it was time to get my butt kicked in my workout.

Today was lower back and legs workout on my blogilates juneonfire calendar and it SUCKED. My legs hurt, my abs hurt, my arms hurt, and my wrists hurt. Also my shoulder was doing this weird thing so it hurt too. I'll definitely take it easy the next few workouts until it kinks its self out. I don't want to hurt myself.

Ok, that's about it for today. Fairly short but hey, not everyday is that adventure filled but hey, these days still matter.
